
Within 30 days of any purchases you make, you can return them with your receipt for a refund.
The goal here is really to set YOU up for success: to take the risk out of discovery, and always allow you the chance to try out your purchases, to start getting what you can out of them . . .
You want to make sure you’re satisfied with what you paid for, and if you’re not happy, we wouldn’t be either!
When you send something back, remember our people always need to know who it’s coming from, so you need to have your receipt included or if you’ve lost it somehow put inside your name and address, plus contact information (your e-mail and phone number would be great) just in case there’s any problem we need to reach you for. Our intent is to credit your card or PayPal account for the cost of the product within a week of receiving it. If your account has expired or changed, and can’t be credited somehow, a check will be mailed to you. If you originally paid by check or money order, a check will be issued and sent.
We can’t credit your cost of sending anything back–sorry.
